Siemens S7-200 Simple USB Downloader

Overview

This design uses CH340E+RS485 dual chips, which can realize the function of USB to RS485. In actual measurement, the program can be downloaded to S7-200 PLC on Siemens programming software.
In the programming software, change the serial port 1 in the communication settings to the virtual serial port of CH340E (except for the COM port of COM1, which may be named COM3...)
The cost of this design is very low, probably less than 10 yuan. Since there is no optocoupler isolation, it is not recommended to be used in harsh environments such as strong electromagnetic interference.
