Electromagnetic gun copper column power supply

Overview
  1. The reluctance electromagnetic gun (commonly known as the Gauss gun) is the most common electromagnetic gun for beginners and the easiest to make. Many businesses (such as multi-level kits for electromagnetic hobbies) lack easy disassembly and expandability. There is a solution using copper pillars for power supply. At the beginning of 2020, I imitated the structure of this type of electromagnetic gun through a picture, and the actual test was successful. However, I did not use copper pillars for connection but used wires for connection. At that time, I was afraid of Touching the copper pillar with your hand caused an electric shock. Later, it was decided to wrap the outside of the copper columns with insulating heat shrink tubing and use an acrylic shell.
  2. Double-sided wiring, no windows on the outside, windows on the inside, and manually solder a thick layer of tin wire to prevent PCB overcurrent.
  3. The coil uses 20mm*8mm*29mm, which is basically compatible with those sold by electromagnetic hobby. It is better to use the photoelectric switch I drew.
  4. SCR uses 70tps16.
