0.8 yuan dot matrix fell in love with (fog) tm1640&&esp8266

Overview

Good things for safety:

8.8 LED red and green dot matrix scrolling LED display (you should click directly on the link)

Two colors only cost 80 cents QAQ

abstract:

  1. IC: tm1640 (lattice to class iic)
  2. ESP12 (in arduino)
  3. Type-C only supplies power. For burning, use a dedicated burning rack (will be open source) or any USB to ttl (note the common ground)
  4. Built-in battery , size to be determined
  5. The overall size is 48mm*48mm , under the dot matrix screen
  6. Since the Laowu store will not deliver goods starting from the 4th, this project has not been tested. Welcome to communicate.
  7. Following up on the code, there is an arduino library that supports esp. This is the address https://github.com/maxint-rd/TM16xx (The project mentions: Support for ATtiny44A and ESP8266 in addition to regular Arduinos. )
  8. Big guys with limited technology, please don’t complain~

Warning for nonsense ahead: (I feel like the original author would be more lively if he said more www)

  • The boss taught me how to use IC tm1640, but it is driven by stc

The microcontroller is external, not romantic          at all , okay www

       (Okay, I’ve never played STC)

Using the popular ESP12 ( the price/performance ratio is very good)

In theory, it can be connected to the Internet to light the lamp.

  • And...if it is a romantic little lamp, how can it expose non-romantic things?hhh, all the originals are stuffed under the dot matrix screen!
  • Yes, of course it must have a battery , otherwise how can it be convenient to install X with a small tail ?
  • It is powered by Type-C, (microUSB is also very good www). Since the PCB is very expensive (ch340 also costs money), the burning program uses a dedicated burning port, and there is no independent USB to ttl.
  • Hey~ esp is 3v3 and tm1640 is 5v, which is difficult to do, so I added a cheap SY3501 to boost the 4v2 to 5v. The step-down from 4v2 to 3v3 uses the ancestral HT7833 (I can’t afford a tantalum electric dragon, so I don’t use the ht7333www)
  • The code seems to be there, I hope I can get it to work online and control it (project started: create a new folder)
  • Will the project be cool? - I stayed up all night in vain.
  • My github is quite fast now, so I put it in the attachment~
