Ink_Adapter (ink screen adapter board)

Overview

Design reasons

The reason for creating such a project is that in the process of collecting high-quality and low-priced screens, we often encounter some screens with strange wiring. In order to adapt to these screens, we need to modify the FPC socket. Three types of FPC sockets (24Pin upper connection, 24Pin lower connection, 34Pin upper connection), this Adapter is designed to facilitate screen testing.

The completed welding diagram is shown below:

Precautions:

The project file is designed by AD. Use LCEDA to convert and save it. There will be problems with silk screen printing after the conversion. If it is not necessary, you can download the AD project in the attachment and make the board directly. If you directly save the LCEDA file, you need to modify some of the silk screen printing by yourself.

The three 1uf capacitors on the back do not need to be soldered when welding, as shown in the figure below. At the same time, see the screen printing on the back for details of the screen supported by the adapter board.

The onboard gear switch switches between 3R and 0.47R resistors. I believe everyone who plays with ink screens knows how to choose.
