High current MOS tube array

Overview

Now I am very comfortable using Lichuang EDA. I have made a MOS tube array.
Opening the window and adding tin can cause excessive current
High current MOS tube, one continuous 160A, instantaneous 640A (massive current)
Input capacitance is about 4880pF
Single avalanche energy 250mJ (low heat generation?)
Gate threshold voltage is only about 1.9V (ultra-low voltage)
Comes with protection diode (not soldered in the picture)
