The device can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or a two-terminal rheostat. The TPL0501 device is equipped with a 100kΩ end-to-end resistor. The internal registers of the TPL0501 device can be accessed using an SPI-compatible interface. The TPL0501 device has a nominal temperature coefficient of 35ppm/°C.
