DC-DC chip TPS53513RVER
Module description:
Input and output are binding posts.
The EN enable pin can be used to manually open and close the module to reduce the voltage.
Input voltage 1.5V-18V (default 12V)
Output voltage 0.6V-5.5V
(The module has a fixed voltage output, which can be adjusted by modifying the voltage divider resistor. The verified design is 5V output)
The output current is 4A. Large currents require enhanced heat dissipation.
Switching operating frequency 200kHz ~ 1MHz
Quiescent current 32ma
Load test output efficiency:
1A (91%), 2A (94%), 3A (94.5%), 4A (94%)
The TPS53513 device is a small synchronous buck converter with adaptive on-time D-CAP3 control mode.
The device is simple to use, has a low external component count, and can be used in space-constrained power systems.
The device features high-performance integrated MOSFETs, a 0.5% accurate 0.6V voltage reference and an integrated boost switch.
Competitive features include minimal external component count, fast load transient response, automatic skip mode operation, internal soft-start control, and no compensation required.
