Falling edge trigger night light_V2.0

Overview

I don’t know if you have ever had this kind of trouble: getting out of bed and turning off the lights before going to bed at night. When the lights are turned off, your eyes don’t have time to adapt, so everything in front of you is pitch black, and then you can only crawl into bed in the dark. This thing really happened to me every night before, so I made such a small thing on a whim. The actual test results are good, so I would like to share it with everyone.

Function description: 1. This night light is powered by a 3.7V lithium battery, and a lithium battery charging circuit is integrated on the board;

                  2. It can be triggered by a sudden dimming of the ambient brightness or the button at the bottom (the function of the button needs to be effective in dark conditions). After triggering, it will light up for a certain period of time and then gradually extinguish;

                  3. The brightness can be adjusted through an adjustable resistor, and the lighting time can be adjusted by replacing resistors with different resistance values.

Functional features: 1. After this light is lit, it will delay for a certain period of time and then gradually go out, unlike the common night lights on the market that will not go out throughout the night;

                  2. This light is triggered by a sudden dimming of the ambient brightness rather than a gradual dimming of the environment (hence the title);

                  3. The power consumption in standby (not lit) is very low, and the actual standby current measured by a multimeter is about 0.7mA.

The design of the board is very compact, and in order to make the layout more flexible, I placed the buttons and charging interface on another small board, so I suggest you choose a board thickness of 1mm for easier cutting.

Cut it with ordinary scissors. The small piece is for the charging port and buttons.

This is what it looks like after soldering. I soldered two 3000K warm-color lamp beads on the board. You can also choose to solder one.

This is what it looks like after I use the energy-saving lamp shell as the lampshade and the paper shell from Lichuang Mall as the base plate. Underneath the black tape are the buttons.

Lighted renderings.

The above is a general introduction, and some specific parameters are noted in the document.
