Overview
This work designs and produces an intelligent medicine delivery trolley, simulating the delivery and pickup of medicines in the hospital pharmacy and ward. The work is to realize the design requirements of the intelligent medicine delivery trolley and its control device. In the design, grayscale morphology is used to preprocess the acquired images, and combined with the convolutional neural network constructed based on Keras, the ward number can be quickly identified in 163ms , with an accuracy of up to 95%; the OpenMV color block position recognition method can be quickly Accurately detect the red solid line and black dashed line; through the improvement of PID algorithm and chassis structure, the maximum deflection angle of the car during operation is stabilized from 10° to 3°, shortening the specified time by nearly 10 seconds; using HC based on Bluetooth 3.0 protocol The -05 module realizes the collaborative operation of the two vehicles in the process of delivering medicine. After field testing, the intelligent medicine delivery car designed by this group has stable performance and can excellently complete all basic functions and perform some functions required by the question.
