Overview

There is a problem

——Just record it briefly and modify it later when you have time.
  1. The serial port wanted to realize automatic downloading, but it failed. It can still be used after modifying the circuit. Press the reset button when downloading (follow the Renesas introductory manual, it is completely ok).
  2. The battery is a bit heavy (just this is the only one I have at the moment).
  3. At first I wanted to use touch buttons, but without Jlink, I had no choice but to give up. The spare buttons were led to the touch buttons through wires when drawing on the drawing board (the schematic diagram and software have been modified accordingly). In fact, you don’t need to fly the line, just change the place, because there is no cover, it’s just easier to put it on the edge.

  4. The 3D shell was not designed well. It was my first time to design it myself. It was very fun. The lid could not be closed. I was short of money, so I had to make do with it.
  5. Power consumption is too high

How to fix it on the socket

I designed such a push-lid box (note: the rounded corners of the shell cannot be used as a push-cover. To make a push-cover, the rounded corners must be cancelled). I glued the lid to the bottom of the shell and the lower half to the socket. I Hot melt glue (YYDS) is used, so it can be taken out for charging or modification at any time, as shown below:

If possible, I could design an overall print, but I wouldn't...have the chance to learn it again.

If you are not like me, the switch is at the corner (cannot be seen while lying on the bed), you can unplug Bluetooth and only use infrared remote control. Through measurement, without Bluetooth, the power consumption is 16mA, and with Bluetooth instantaneous 130mA, the difference is A bit scary...
