The project is copied from the Zhuque T12 soldering station

1. Main changes to the software part

1. Use PID control during temperature calibration

During temperature calibration, the original program heats when the current ADC is lower than the target ADC, and stops heating when it is higher than the target ADC. Use PID approach parameters instead

2. Modify the fitting algorithm

The original program fits the temperature curve y = f(x), x is the ADC value, y is the temperature, and f() is the polynomial. Change to fit V = E(T sense ) - E(T ref ), T sense is the hot end temperature, T ref is the cold end temperature, V is the thermoelectric potential, and E() is the thermocouple characteristic curve

  1. Double-pass copper pillar M3*14×4
  2. Single-head copper pillar M3*6+6×4
  3. Padded screw M3*5×8
  4. Double-pass copper pillar M2*10×2
  5. Round head screw M2*5×4

1. Power supply

DC 24V4A, 12V2A, 5.5*2.5 plug. Can use 19V laptop power supply

2. Temperature calibration

  1. Prepare a thermometer to measure the soldering iron tip temperature

  1. Enter 校准温度the interface and turn the knob to adjust设定ADC

  1. After adjusting 设定ADCthe temperature of the soldering iron tip to stabilize at the target temperature, press the knob
Set ADC
  1. Calibrate 150°C, 200°C, 250°C, 300°C, 325°C, 350°C, 375°C, 400°C, 425°C, 450°C in sequence
