DIY spot welding machine, reproduced from Digital House boss: Pistachio
The buttons use EC11 encoders, which have more flexible functions and can adjust parameters in a wide range without cramping:titter: The boost circuit was changed from XL6012 to MT3608, effectively reducing BOM costs. After all, a boost module only costs one or two yuan. The MOS has been changed from AUIRFS8409 to 4N04r8. This is because I happen to have 12 of them. In order to save costs, I will not buy them again. They are
compatible with 5-12V wide range power supply. Welding can be done with 5V power supply. The original components in the white circle and the two 0R resistors with asterisks. If the 12V power supply is used, you do not need to solder the original components in the white circle. Just solder the 0R resistors without asterisks and 7805.
