esp32cam base adds ip5306 charging chip and L298N module

Overview

An extended version developed for esp32cam, which facilitates the development of wifi video cars in the smallest size.

The accessories are cheap, the cost is low, and the later wiring is simple. Just connect the motor and lithium battery.
