Overview

Circuit board design

The main control circuit board is based on the Hi3861 minimum development board, uses IP5306 for power management, and adds a USB programming debugging port. The main control IO pins are all led out through two sets of GH1.25 ports. IO5 is connected to an inverter, which can be connected to an external SBUS protocol model aircraft remote control to walk the dog. Since PS uses IP5306, it makes sense to turn the dog into a mobile power bank.

PCB proofing verification

The 0603/0402 packaged devices on the board are processed using Jialichuang SMT. Once obtained, the heat gun and soldering iron are used to fix the terminal block, main control and other ICs.

external structure

So far, due to the use of a 10,000mah battery, the 3D printed parts designed based on the training camp cannot support the entire body. In the future, you need to try to replace the battery with a smaller capacity and lighter weight, or change the mechanical structure.
