【RA】Multifunctional Light Cube

# Overview The master controller is Renesas’ R7FA2E1A72DFL. Use SPI to drive WS2812b. Use the touch buttons to switch modes. It can be powered by lithium battery or TYPE-C. The current implementation modes are as follows: 1. Breathing light, 2. Gradient light, 3. Light up one by one, 4. Pickup light, 5. The software debugging can recognize it, but it cannot run, so the touch on the top panel is reused. You can try the side touch) ## When plugging in, side There are up and down boards!
