ODrive supporting magnetic encoder based on AS5147P

Overview

The board defaults to the 5v power supply version. If you need to use 3.3v power supply, please solder R1

The encoder is suitable for brushless motor driver ODrive AP1.0-DRV8303 version and other odrive development boards

Programming mode can be entered through the DIP switch, and the programming documentation will be updated later...
