[Project Background]
Participated in the Bionic Robot Dog Training Camp and made a dog controlled based on ITCAST-HI3861 . For the first time, I followed the tutorial step by step and did not do very well.
[Application Scenario]
1. Can control products such as robot dogs, robot spiders, and robotic arms;
2. It can support up to 16 or more servos through I2C. For example, PCA9685 has 6 address lines, and a maximum of 62 PCA9685 driver boards can be cascaded. There are 992 PWM channels in total.
[Production process]
1. Complete the core board circuit design and component selection.
2. Complete the PCB board design, including schematic drawing, wiring, etc.;
3. Purchase of relevant components and PCB proofing;
4. Draw the shell model in solidwords and print the acrylic board;
5. Welding of components;
6. Program debugging;
7. Assembly and debugging.
8. Test the finished product.
[Estimated cost]
Around 200 yuan (not counting tools)
