The pin connector scheme of this project refers to the design of the ESP8266 programmer copy - Jialichuang EDA open source hardware platform (oshwhub.com). I would like to express my gratitude.
This connector leads out all the pins of the module, which is convenient for some configurations, such as serial port baud rate, etc. You can complete the configuration before putting on the product, and then go directly to the patch (Jia Lichuang said that this module can be patched, I will product it later) If you want to use it, try it)
The 000# pin used is about 19mm in length. Just use diagonal pliers to cut off the head.
Because the pin pitch of this module is very small, only 1.3mm (center distance)
Therefore, when installing the pins, they should be in forward and reverse directions to prevent the spring coil from short-circuiting.
After installation, you should also check whether there is any short circuit problem to prevent the board from blowing up.
When inserting it, align it with one side first, apply some pressure, then insert it into the other side, and finally check whether the module is aligned.
The picture above shows the effect of being stuck in. To take out the module, pull the pins to both sides and the module will eject by itself.
