[Training Camp] plotclock custom writing little clock

Overview
Introduction: Writing robot (plotclock) using the OpenHarmony system

Product introduction: Developed based on the OpenHarmony open source Hongmeng system, using HI3861 as the MCU master.
Servo control via PCA9685.
Three external rotary encoder modules control the x-direction movement, y-direction movement, and vertical direction movement of the small clock respectively.
(Ability is limited, now only the writing time function is completed)
For custom writing, I used Arduino to write the code, and I will transplant it to HI3861 when I have time in the future.

A turtle shell is added behind the regular plotclock to store the circuit board and battery, and a cover is added to lead out the rotary encoder to realize the custom writing of the little cheap clock.
