I haven't had an idea for a long time, so I put two cards on a PCB, leaving only a little connection area, which can be broken and polished. The size is 8.3*10cm, which is within the free boarding range~
In addition, if possible, you can add IC chips and light-emitting diodes to make laboratory access cards (put Ultraman in the avatar, and swipe the card to emit laser ٩('ω')و). Some people have done this type of project, and some have Quite simple~

Immersed gold renderings, beautiful, but expensive...
Finally I chose yellow, it feels ok, I will update when the actual product arrives~
For the front view, I considered adding the Twin Towers to it. The 70th anniversary picture looks nice, but the time doesn’t fit, so I didn’t add it~
3.3 Update------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------
A few points to note:
1. There are no lines on the rocket jet area. I don’t know whether it was not printed during production or not printed.
2. There will be a production code silk screen on the board, which affects the appearance (mine is in the blank space of the Ukiyo-e graphics) and can be scraped off with a knife.
3. The board is relatively small, so it is not recommended to build two PCBs on one board. It should be better to use about 10*6.2cm.
4. If the icon is too small, the silk screen printing will be unclear, and there will be obvious gaps in one line or column of silk screen printing.
5. The dot solder mask of the rocket icon is relatively square.
That’s all for now…
