SCT63241 is a highly integrated, high-efficiency wireless power transmitter PMIC chip that can support up to 20W power. The chip integrates a 3.3V LDO and a 2.5V voltage reference, which improves integration and is easy to use. In terms of circuit design: PVIN is the full-bridge MOS power supply voltage used to drive the coil, VIN is the chip power supply voltage, and VDD is the MOS bridge gate driver voltage.
