Introduction
100W fast charging power bank based on IP5389 chip solution, with OLED display, which can display battery power and temperature, charge and discharge voltage and current; capacitive touch button switch with lighting.

Power consumption description
After the power bank is automatically turned off, the microcontroller will also enter shutdown mode. According to the official manual, the power consumption is 30uA; the touch chip's standby supply is only 1.5uA; the 0.91-inch OLED screen's standby power consumption is only a dozen uA.
structure
Note: PCB panel installation uses hidden welding terminals. The drilling position of the shell requires a relatively accurate position and the operation is difficult.

OLED screen panel with 0.2W lighting
PCB panel, with STM8S103 microcontroller and TTP223 touch chip on it, the touch indicator light uses a side-mounted LED light.
The upper NTC is used for battery protection chip; the lower NTC is used for IP5389. When charging, if the battery is detected to exceed 45 degrees, IP5389 will automatically cut off charging; the cable is too long.
Add a piece of 1.5MM foam glue between the battery and the motherboard. During installation, you can directly press the panel to push the battery in.
Put a layer of tape on the inside of the PCB panel to increase the insulation of the PCB traces.
Be sure to add a thermally conductive silicone sheet, otherwise 100W charging and discharging will cause the motherboard to become seriously hot. Even if a silicone sheet is added, long-term 100W charging and discharging will cause the temperature inside the case to exceed 45 degrees, and the motherboard will automatically shut down for protection.
There is basically no problem in downgrading to 60W.

The light needs to be turned on and then pressed and held for 2 seconds to turn it on. When it is turned off, it also needs to be turned on first and then pressed and held for 2 seconds to turn it off. Why can't it be turned on and off directly when the light is turned off?
I found a transparent plastic board, and after cutting it, the installation effect is as follows, which is better than nothing.
