Use ch340e to convert usb to tll. The serial port is directly connected to the serial port (current limiting resistor) pin of esp8266 (it will not work if the 0 ohm resistor is removed).
The J3 (2.54mm) pin header is directly connected to the 8266 serial port, which can be used to burn the esp8266 firmware. The switch sw2 needs to be turned to the burning side. If there are many circuits, you can try to short both ends of the R5 resistor and try to reset the esp8266.

The j1 (2.54mm) pin header is directly on the ch340e serial port circuit. If R1 and R3 are removed, it can be used as a tll serial port.
