SY7203 stepless dimming module

 
Overview
The input voltage of the 35-watt LED lamp dimming module designed based on SY7203DBC
is 7~30 volts (a 5-volt LDO is used, so the input needs to have a voltage difference).
The input voltage is smaller than the LED working voltage.
For example, the working voltage of 8 strings of LED lamp beads is 24 volts.
The input voltage must be less than 24 volts.
 
The SY7203 is a step-up DC/DC converter
that provides precise constant current for driving LEDs.
Operating at a fixed switching frequency of 1MHz
allows the device to use small value external ceramic capacitors and inductors.
LED current is programmable with external resistors.
The chip also supports PWM dimming for precise LED current control.
It can drive up to 8 strings of LED lamp beads, or output a maximum voltage of 30 volts.
 
Use GP9101-F20K-L2H1-SW as a PWM signal source.
GP9101 is an analog signal to PWM signal converter, which is equivalent to an
ADC with PWM signal output. This chip can linearly convert the analog
voltage into a PWM signal with a duty cycle of 0% to 100%, and
the linear error of the duty cycle is less than 0.5%.
 
Use ME6203A50PG linear voltage regulator to provide a stable 5V voltage to GP9101
by adjusting the potentiometer to provide different potentials to GP9101.
Let GP9101 output a PWM signal with a duty cycle of 0% to 100%
to control the output current of SY7203, thereby adjusting the brightness of the LED light.

Introduction: "Quanquan Teaches You How to Play USB" supporting learning board
In the process of learning USB communication, I discovered the book "Quanquan Teaches You How to Play USB". I feel that this book is very good and I have benefited a lot. But this book has been published for more than ten years, and the accompanying learning board is basically impossible to find. So I want to use the Lichuang open source platform to reproduce the supporting learning board of this book. Of course, all rights still belong to Teacher Quanquan.
Some circuits have been slightly modified, namely:
1. The microcontroller is changed to STC89C52 in LQFP package, some ISP circuits are changed, and RS232 related circuits are cancelled.
2. The hard disk interface is changed to the more common double row of pins.
3. The USB interface is changed to a mini female port.

1. Fixed bug: K3 pin is not connected to GND
2. Add diode on RXD pin to facilitate program downloading.
3. Add 25Qxx related circuits to replace uncommon IDE interface hard drives.
