Overview

The time base chip ne555 generates a pulse signal to the pulse distributor CD4017 in the non-steady-state mode, and it is displayed through the LED.
The NE555 frequency can be controlled by adjusting the resistor R3 to adjust the speed of the LED running water light.
The attachment is the outer frame .dxf file of AutoCAD.
