The LPCXpresso55S16 board provides an ideal platform for evaluating the LPC55S1x/LPC551x MCU family based on the Arm® Cortex® - M33 architecture. Includes Arduino® UNO-compatible shield header, providing expansion ports, as well as PMod/Host Interface port and MikroElektronika Click module site. The board features an on-board LPC-Link2 debugger based on the LPC4322 MCU, which can be debugged via high-speed USB, and the firmware can be easily upgraded to support special versions of CMSIS-DSP or SEGGER J-link LITE. The board also works with external debuggers such as those from SEGGER and P&E Micro.
NXP's MCUXpresso free software and tools suite provides full support for the LPC5500 series, including an Eclipse-based IDE, configuration tools and a wide range of SDK drivers/examples, please visit: https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com . The MCUXpresso SDK includes project files for use with IDEs from key partners Keil and IAR.
