Overview
The NCP3233GEVB is a 20A step-down converter (with internal MOSFET) that operates from 3V to 16V without external bias. This fixed frequency converter is highly efficient and the output is adjustable to provide voltages as low as 0.6V. Adjustable current limit allows the device to be used at multiple current levels. The evaluation board is a thermally enhanced 6mm x 6mm QFN packaged high efficiency voltage mode synchronous step-down converter that operates from an input range of 4.5V to 18V and produces an output voltage as low as 0.6V at up to 25A DC load or 30A transient load.


The NCP3233GEVB is a 20A step down converter (with internal MOSFETs) capable of operating from 3V to 16V without the need for an external bias.
