Overview

The SECO-NCP51530HB-GEVB helps users simplify and accelerate the design phase of switching components in high-voltage (half-bridge) gate driver applications, using the high-performance 700V-3.5/3.0 A high-side and low-side MOSFET driver NCP51530, two different MOSFET packages (DFN5 and WDFN8) and a large number of test points for optimal performance. Users can adjust gate resistors, bootstrap circuits and dead time and monitor switching behavior. The daughter card is compatible with the SECO-GDBB-EVB gate driver baseboard, allowing up to 3 half-bridge daughter cards to be tested simultaneously and performance compared.
