500W server power supply using TOLL package DTMOS

Overview

This reference design provides design guidelines, data and other content for a 500W server power supply using continuous current type PFC and LLC DC-DC converter. Using TOLL packaged MOSFETs in the PFC circuit reduces the overall size and improves power density. Description Input voltage AC 90V to 264V Output voltage DC 12V Output power 500W circuit topology Continuous current type PFC, LLC (half-bridge) + synchronous rectification, output Oring circuit Features Features of 500W server power supply using TOLL packaged DTMOS Using TOLL packaged MOSFETs, smaller size 1U rack size and high-efficiency power supply Total efficiency: 93.2% (Vin = 230V, 100% load condition) Dimensions: 192mm × 135mm × 40mm Provides a solution using suitable power devices (MOSFETs) and optocouplers
