This evaluation kit uses the NXP MC33937. The MC33937 is a field effect transistor (FET) predriver designed for 3-phase motor control and similar applications.
The integrated circuit (IC) uses SMARTMOS® technology and contains 3 high-side FET pre-drivers and 3 low-side FET pre-drivers. The IC interfaces with the MCU through six direct input control signals, an SPI port for device setup and asynchronous reset, and enable and interrupt signals. Accepts 5.0V and 3.0V logic level inputs and provides a 5.0V logic level output.
This evaluation kit works with KITUSBSPIDGLEVME .
