Overview
This car can realize the functions of wireless charging and automatic start when power is off, and can drive stably on flat ground and climb stably on slopes. This system uses a coupled mutual induction coil to transmit high-frequency sinusoidal signals through a power management chip. The receiving system uses a full-bridge circuit to perform full-wave rectification to power the energy storage system. It uses the TPS63020 chip to stabilize the rectified DC voltage for the subsequent circuit system. It provides a stable voltage and reduces the minimum driving voltage of the power system; the TLV3501 high-speed comparator is used to control the TPS63020 chip as the voltage stabilizing source of the power system to switch the power system. This system uses aviation model plastic as the chassis material in the car body part, which greatly reduces the mass of the car body; uses a hollow cup reduction motor and a two-stage gear transmission system to reduce the motor speed and improve the power level of the system; uses rubber materials as wheel tires to improve The friction with the ground increases the power moment and improves the energy output efficiency. This system can efficiently charge farad capacitors, drive stably over long distances on flat ground, and climb stably on high-angle slopes.
