*****************2022.11.2 V1.4**********************Software changes: [1] Changed the button logic again (it seems to be easier to use???) Power button: 1) Long press to turn on 2) Long press on the main page to shut down 3) Single-click on the main page to switch modes Gear mode (flashlight icon off----moonlight----low brightness----medium brightness----high brightness) Special mode (small lightning icon off----violent flash-----beacon-----SOS) 4) Double-click on the main page to enter the settings page >> Single-click up and down to switch the menu >> Double-click again to enter the DEBUG page >> Double-click again to exit to the main page Add key: 1) Settings page Single click to add Long press to add continuously Minus key: 1) Settings page Single click to subtract Long press to subtract continuously [2] Added the function of turning off the screen after a period of inactivity. Set the time to 0-250S in the last item of the settings menu. If set to 0, it will not sleep [3] The LED next to the screen is changed to a short flash of 1S [4] The battery is fully charged with a voltage greater than 4.1V and a charging current of <70ma And it lasts for a period of 10S. The charging current is less than 1/10. The battery capacity is reset to the set value. [5] The small lightning icon flashes when charging. [6] The time calculation uses the current value after smoothing filtering, and the capacity calculation does not use the unfiltered value. [7] Modify the bug that the LED occasionally lights up when shutting down.
Hardware changes: Tried several other LED drivers and the comparison is as follows
SY7301 High efficiency Internal resistance 0.2R Feedback voltage 0.3V Maximum current 2A Brightness can be adjusted from about 10% TD8203 Higher efficiency Internal resistance 0.2R Feedback voltage 0.2V Maximum current 2A Brightness can be adjusted from about 5% SGM3732 Average efficiency Internal resistance? Feedback voltage 0.2V Maximum current 1.35A Brightness can be adjusted from 0%
If using SGM3732 (When the battery voltage is low (<3.8V) the maximum current actually exceeds 1.35A) The maximum brightness is recommended to be set to 400lm
If you don't mind the minimum brightness is not low enough, it is recommended to use TD8203 with higher efficiency and sufficient current. Here the TD8203 PWM frequency is changed to 16KHZ, and the minimum brightness is set to 30LM, otherwise the light may flicker. The
corresponding L1 is changed to 10uH, and C30 is changed to 10uF.

Shell changes:
The upper shell adds heat dissipation holes, using 0.8mm copper plate and 3*5mm copper rivets, and soldering them together with solder paste heating plates to make a heat sink.
The upper shell screw position has a column, which can reduce a set of copper columns. The upper shell is thickened to 3mm, not easy to deform, and the fixing screw countersunk hole can be sunk.
The lower shell and the lens position have fixed protrusions, which will not turn around during installation. The lower shell is also deepened by 2mm, and the screw column is shortened to accommodate a larger battery.

It is still printed on 3D Monkey, using 8111X resin, which is temperature resistant to 59 degrees. It feels good.
It is recommended not to polish the option. It is better to polish it yourself.
