61-pin fpc and common connector conversion board

 
Overview

The original 40-pin microcontroller LCD test board could not meet the requirements of more pin screens,
and there were too many 0.35mm and 0.4mm connector models. There were too many conversion boards and it was difficult to find. So we just made a large and universal one.
 
1. Supports the following connectors:
1.1, 0.35mm double row, all connected in odd and even order: rare, the most precise pins, the most difficult to solder
1 24pin, 2 16pin, extended pad for easy soldering, 8-22pin Can also be welded.
1.2, 0.4mm double row sockets, all connected in odd-even order: common, 24pin has encountered 3 types, 4 24pin, 2 10pin, the extended pad is convenient for soldering, and 8-22pin can also be welded.
1.3, 0.5 double row 40pin, connected sequentially. rare.
1.4, 0.5-60pin fpc socket, connected sequentially. The most common and universal, 5-60pin can be inserted, please pay attention to alignment. 1.5, 0.3mm-61pin staggered fpc socket. Common and relatively universal, 5-61pin can be inserted, please pay attention to alignment.
 
2. Support the following fpc pads: 0.6-61pin,
0.635-61pin, 0.7-61pin * 2, 0.8-51pin,
1.0-40pin,
1.27-40pin,
0.5, 0.9mm fpc pads have not been used for screens for so long. Encountered, removed.
 
3. Keep the boost circuit and commonly used display driver chip resistors and capacitors,
remove the microcontroller minimum system, and make a relatively pure conversion board.
 
4. External connections provide 2 rows of 61pin 2.54mm jacks, which can install a row of DuPont pins and a row of DuPont sockets.
All pins provide one connection pad to ground and one to VDD, which is convenient for DuPont line power supply and quick welding of chip components. .
