I have a junior high school education and am not good at speaking. I cannot give detailed answers to this production, so I will briefly explain the working principle.
The STC laser engraving machine motherboard uses STC microcontroller as the main control chip to control two A4988 stepper motor drive modules to drive two stepper motors.
There is also a control triode to drive the laser and then engrave.
The STC laser engraving machine generally consists of host computer software, firmware (program), main control board, USB to serial port module, rack, stepper motor, laser, and power supply.
The host computer software reads the text or picture data input by the user, analyzes it, and sends the data line by line to the main control board through serial port communication. The main control board controls the stepper motor to move up, down, left, and right, and the laser is turned on where there is data, and then completes the process. The carving process.
I have made 25 units of this laser engraving machine and 50 motherboards. I have modified the program and PCB board several times.
Since I still have 20 sets of materials for making laser engraving machines, I want to clear the inventory and restore my blood, so I open source this project (I also have my own selfish motives) to provide hands-on experience to fellow enthusiasts who want to make their own laser engraving machines. The sense of accomplishment of building a machine! Just do it if you like it, only by personal experience can you understand deeply.
Finally, if you need production materials, you can leave a comment, or go to Kuaishou and Station B to search for black dandelion and STC laser engraving machine. You can usually see the production process I shared, and of course my other videos.
In short, I hope everyone can share, communicate, learn and make progress together.
