Buck circuit above 50V based on TL494 (personal)

Overview

1. A switching tube protection circuit (RC absorption circuit) is added to the step-down circuit. 2. The voltage-reducing effect of using IRF540 for switching tubes is not very good. The voltage-reducing effect of using transistors such as TIP32C or TIP127 meets the requirements. 3. The diode is a fast-recovery rectifier diode.
It has been verified by board printing that the circuit board can withstand a DC voltage input of more than 50V, and can set the output voltage arbitrarily, and can carry a load.
Test voltage demonstration diagram: input 60V, output stable at 12V.
