APM32F103RBT6 keyboard development board with bootloader

Overview

Draw to verify the simple version of APM32F103RBT6 used as a QMK keyboard. The test was successful. I simply reduced the size and re-wired the board. I drew a smaller board. The open source
accessory contains a bootloader that can use USB.
