CH9102F serial port

Overview

Reason:
I encountered some strange problems when using CH9340K,
and then used CH9102F to make a new serial port module.
(It is rumored that CH9102 can Pin to Pin to replace CP2102N)

I marked the TXD and RXD of the board in the picture above reversely. Now the project has been changed, but the circuit has not changed, so I did not re-sample it.
The VIO voltage is set at 3.3V. You need to pay attention to this when using it to prevent damage to the chip due to voltage mismatch.
