XL4016 CNC step-down source

 
Overview

The main circuit of this project adopts the solution of the open source project https://oshwhub.com/qq2376081191/xl4016-ke-diao-dian-yuan, removing the AC-DC conversion and auxiliary power supply parts (the auxiliary power supply adopts a single 5V external power supply).
The input uses a 19V DC power supply (laptop adapter) during testing. Project progress: Prototyping verification completed. CNC closed-loop test completed.
CNC solution: Remove 2 potentiometers (consider switching through switches later). The microcontroller DAC outputs a 0-2.5V voltage and connects it to the CVset or CCset terminal to directly control the output. The microcontroller
ADC reads the VFB IFB voltage, and the current output voltage and current can be converted according to the voltage divider resistor, the current sampling resistor value, and the current sampling chip amplification factor. Controlling the DAC can achieve closed-loop control
