Overview

Project description:
A low-cost macro microscope is composed of a network camera and a macro microscope lens. A compact stepless dimming ring fill light is realized through a self-made PCB.
 
Main functions
: 1. The macro camera part is
4 million pixels to achieve clear imaging and
network communication. You only need to pass The network cable can be connected to the computer's
standard industrial lens C/CS interface to meet different lens requirements in different scenarios.
The working distance is 55-285mm, which is suitable for different inspection scenarios.
2. The ring fill light part
supports up to 32 2835 packaged SMD LEDs. Illuminating the beauty of your PCB
directly uses the power of the camera for power supply. No additional power is needed.
Touch stepless dimming. During dimming, the camera will not shake due to factors such as knob or button operation.
 
Design ideas
1. The macro camera part
is very simple to assemble. , add the shell, wiring, and it works. There is no trick.
The shell is modeled using Fusion360 (the thread function of 360 is criticized for being very difficult to use. I originally didn’t want to use an adapter ring because the threads can be directly made on the shell, but There is no thread specification for this lens in the library. I also tried various custom thread tutorials on the Internet, but in the end it was unsuccessful. If there are experts, welcome to optimize the model)

2. Camera bracket part
The combination of desktop clamp + magic hand + crab claw clamp is used, which can flexibly change the shooting angle and height.
3. The power input part of the ring fill light part
has an anti-reverse diode to prevent it from being taken away by a wave
of Ti. TPS563201 is used as a DCDC chip. The inductor adopts a 4020 mini package. To reduce the module volume, 
SGL8022W is used as a touch dimming chip. This chip is more commonly used and the use effect is also ideal
. The lamp circle is divided into four 90° sectors. 8 LEDs per sector to reduce driving pressure (but I think this design is not good. Later revisions will adopt a design of staggered lamp beads with different drive controls. In this way, if you choose to use fewer lamp beads, you can solder one less driver and reduce the cost. Cost. Anyway, I’ll dig this pit first and update it when I have time.)
Note: There is no power interface in the input part of the circuit, mainly to reduce the size. You can directly solder the leads. If you need to add terminals, break them apart like me. Just solder the feet on. When welding, you need to pay attention to the fact that there is no electrical connection between the diode and the two pads on both sides. Do not short-circuit
the ring fill light. Instructions for making the ring fill light:
Use the PCB under the "Integrated Lighting Board" catalog to make the board. (The "split auxiliary lighting panel" is a simple lamp panel without a control circuit. It is for reference only. You can also modify it yourself.)
When welding, weld the lamp beads first. It is best to use a heating table. If there is no heating table, it is recommended to use hot air from Welding with blow air on the back (bottom) of the PCB. Direct blowing on the front can easily cause the LED to turn yellow and possibly damage the LED.
After welding, test the LED in the constant current (current limiting) mode of the adjustable power supply to make sure there is no problem before welding the lower part of
the reflector. The blowing method is as shown in the figure below: (It is recommended to use low-temperature solder paste)
Then solder the DCDC part, turn on the power, test whether the output voltage is normal,
and then solder the touch light control part. There is a mini pad next to the touch detection pin, you can plug one in The resistor legs go in as leads and come out, power on, and confirm whether the function is normal.
If you need to install the control board vertically (as in my picture), please open the board along the red line in the picture above and trim the burrs.
The one on the far left is the touch screen. Board, stack it up and solder it. You will know how to solder it by looking at my finished product.
The vertical soldering part of the control module contact is as shown in the figure below. Try to pile up as much solder as possible to increase stability. For

4. Software part
usage guide:
1. Open the monitoring interface
2. Double-click the IP address of the camera
3. Double-click the full-screen display button .

2. The camera line sequence is as follows:
It is only for the camera of the same model that I bought. It is for reference only. You should confirm with the merchant before use.
3. The shell installation sequence:
first attach the lens seat gasket to the camera module
and then install the lens module. 3D printed shell
Then confirm the installation direction (hole position) of the lens. Install the lens holder through the hole at the bottom of the housing (there is a slight slope on the outside of the lens holder, and installation requires some skills). Make sure the
lens holder is installed in place, tighten the lens holder fixing screws,
and finally install the camera module. screws, and install the lens
and camera part even if the installation is completed.
4. All three-dimensional models are in the attachment. You are welcome to pick them up.
The installation tolerance of the model is designed according to the printing accuracy of my own printer. If you find that it cannot be installed well when re-engraving, please proceed. Correction
5. Pay attention to electrical safety.
Please use an independent power supply to confirm that the ring fill light is working properly before using the camera power supply to prevent damage to the camera module due to abnormalities in the fill light circuit.
