Charging board based on ip5318

Overview

I have a strong-light flashlight I bought in 2017 at home. Six years later, its two charging sockets no longer work, and it requires a separate cable, which is very inelegant. And the built-in power bank function can only output 5v2A, which is too slow (although I haven’t used it much). If you can't find the corresponding finished product on a certain website, just make a board yourself.
At first, the ip5332 solution used in the Open Source Plaza was used, but during the test, the problem of chip Vbat breakdown to the ground arose. After many experiments with no solution, I lowered the requirements and used ip5318, and the board welding was successful once.
