2S lithium battery balance charger IP2326

Overview

Suitable for UV5R, DM5R and other walkie-talkies. The 7.4V/8.4V battery charging module
is used to replace the original 5v400mA super slow charge. By the way, I replaced the original recycled battery of unknown origin.

I don’t know what the R3 resistor is used for, but it is in the official manual, so It's drawn on the PCB, but it's not soldered in actual use.

Prototype testing has been carried out.

The closed space inside the battery is not conducive to heat dissipation (although 1.5A does not cause much heat). The actual charging current at the battery end is set to 1A, the input power is 8W, and the full 5V boost rechargeable battery has no external temperature. The heat
dissipation is good. In the case of 1.5A full power, there is no pressure, and

7V fast charging can also be applied normally.
