[Graduation Project] Smart LED Remote Control Based on ESP32

 
Overview

1. Introduction
 
 
This project is part of my graduation project - WiFi intelligent LED light control system. This remote control is used to control the LED light strip.
 
2. Introduction
Because this remote control uses WiFi to communicate with the control end of the LED, ESP32 must be selected as the main control. I chose the ESP32-WROOM-32E module. This module uses the latest core of ESP32, which is more stable than the first generation core; the module uses an onboard antenna, so the corresponding area of ​​PCB is hollowed out to prevent interference signals.
The power supply of the whole board adopts the DC-DC step-down solution. Compared with the traditional LDO linear step-down, DC-DC will be more efficient and more power-saving; the only disadvantage is that there will be more peripheral devices, and manual welding will be more time-consuming. There
is a 14-pin FPC interface on the board for connecting the touch screen. The touch screen was bought from TB, with a resolution of 240X240, and the display chip is ST7789; it supports capacitive touch, and the touch chip is CST618D. This chip is relatively rare, and the code cannot be found on the Internet, but the driver is similar to other capacitive touch chips, which can be used as a reference.
