Overview

BW6101 is a supercapacitor charging protection chip with a built-in high-precision reference to ensure an output accuracy of ±1%. The built-in power tube makes the leakage capacity after overcharge protection reach 0.7A@(VIN=2.65V), which well meets the charging characteristics of supercapacitors when used in cascade. Charging protection for two sizes of supercapacitors can be selected through the external port. When the selection port is high level, the corresponding protection point is 2.65V. When the selection port level is low, the corresponding protection point is 2.45V. Convenient for users to use flexibly. It adopts miniaturized SOT23-5 package to facilitate high-density installation. At the same time, there are few peripheral components, which greatly reduces application costs.
