2.4-inch LCD screen version 8266

the esp32 module used by the original hardware author Group, I will use the lower-priced esp8266 module to redraw the new circuit, and use the CH340C IC to drive the TFT display using SPI. The hardware part is relatively simple, with only the ESP8266 minimum system plus the TFT display driver part.
2023-05-9: Modified the DC pin line, switched from IO0 to IO12, and is also considering whether to add battery power supply to
the host computer. The original author used C# to write the original version with serial port automatic detection. I removed the serial port automatic detection.
