Overview

CH9434 is an SPI to four serial port adapter chip that provides four sets of full-duplex 9-wire asynchronous serial ports for microcontroller/embedded system expansion asynchronous serial ports. CH9434 contains four asynchronous serial ports compatible with 16C550, supporting up to 4Mbps baud rate communication. Supports up to 25 GPIO channels and provides half-duplex automatic switching pin TNOW for transceiver and transceiver.
