Overview

This is a replica of Mr. Sheep’s heating table mass production plan.
 
After re-engraving, I found that during use, the heat from the heating plate will be transferred to the shell below through the copper pillars.
Considering that the outer casing is made of resin material and can only withstand temperatures of about 50 degrees, red steel paper insulating washers were placed at the connection points between each copper pillar and the PCB board.
It can effectively isolate the heat from the heating plate from being transmitted downwards. The steel paper can be bought in 3*6*1 size. It is very cheap and can buy 500 pieces for 3 yuan.
After the red steel paper gasket is installed, the temperature of the heat insulation board below is basically not affected by the heating plate, which can make the resin shell below more durable.
