mp2225 step-down module

Overview

I'm just a layman. I learned from Teacher Sun at Station B. It was the first time I drew the circuit diagram as a circuit board in EDA. I tried it by pulling it to the 4A output and it worked. What I made myself was based on the MP2225 plan. I drew several layouts, and this is one of them. What is done by laymen is published for criticism by the masters.

MP2225 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectifier, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power mosfet. It provides a very compact solution, achieving 5A output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The MP2225 has synchronous mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current load range. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and simplified loop stability. Complete protection features include overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown.
• 4.5V to 18V input voltage
• Adjustable output voltage as low as 0.6V
• Internal power supply with low 47mΩ/18mΩ RDS(ON) field effect transistor
• High efficiency, up to 97%
• Fixed 500kHz switching frequency
• Sync from 200khz to 2mhz External clock 2.4ms internal soft-start time
1% reference accuracy
