[Lichuang Development Board] Game console based on Liangshan School

Overview

Use the Liangshan School development board to make a game console
designed in the shape of a game console handle;
use IP5309 for charge and discharge management;
replace the joystick with a domestic NS joystick;
please refer to the official routine for the procedure;
the two female headers are reversed in the display video. Flying line is solved. The public version has modified the position of the female row, so that the Liangshan faction can insert it directly.
