Type-C voltage and current meter

 
Overview

    The type-C voltage and current meter based on INA219 supports dual-head power supply without affecting fast charging. It theoretically supports all fast charging protocols, and the OLED displays voltage, current, power and maximum power.
    The thickness of the board is preferably 0.8mm, but 0.8 thickness is not free, and 1mm thickness is free and can be used. It takes a lot of force when installing the male and female heads.
    The switch in the middle is used to switch the power supply side. Which side is the power supply; the function of the male head side button is to clear the maximum power to 0, and the function of the female head measurement button is to rotate the screen 180° to display; range: maximum voltage 26V, maximum current 8A or 16A; V displayed on the OLED is the current voltage, I is the current current, P is the current power, M is the maximum power of this charge, and the right side is the astronaut animation.
    The OLED screen is a 1.09-inch 12864 vertical screen from Zhongjingyuan. The screen is linked, and the rest of the devices can be found in LiChuang Mall.
    Production process: board making, buying devices, welding, burning programs, adding a heat shrink tube (diameter 16mm) to fix and protect, and it's done. I attach the burning file. The range of the file ending with 8A is 8A, and the range of 16A is 16A, but I think the PCB may not be able to withstand this current. You are free to choose. The driver file of ina219 is provided. Those who are capable can transplant it by themselves.
    Note that the 3.3V power supply of this project uses LDO, which generates serious heat under high voltage. It is recommended to use less than 15V. If the voltage is higher, it is recommended to change to DCDC power supply.
    I found a small problem. I typed a wrong letter when programming. I changed it and the new program has been uploaded. 2023/2/19.
    For entertainment only, just look at the voltage and current of charging and discharging.
