All hardware schematics and PCBs are designed using Jiali Chuang EDA Professional Edition;
1) Main control chip:
using national technology N32G430C8L7, the peripheral circuit is simple, and the most important thing is 5R one piece, ah, it's really good~

For novice learning, the simpler LDO chip SE8533 is used, the theoretical maximum input voltage is 40V, pay attention to the input capacitor withstand voltage, and the mobile phone is actually charged within 9V2A without heating

3) Sampling circuit:
resistor voltage division + low-side current sampling, INA199B1 sampling chip;
The following is for communication: beginners may have a wrong understanding! ! Version 1 (verified) uses two 4-pin A ports for input and output, and one 16-pin C port for input. It is found that the maximum charging of the mobile phone is only about 15W (the mobile phone itself supports 50W fast charging. It is speculated that the built-in A to C data cable is a modified 5-pin cable, which contains 1 CC cable to achieve PD fast charging). Connecting only D+D- can only achieve QC fast charging;
so version 2 (in proofing, pending verification) is changed to two 5Ppin A ports (A male plugs that support 5A current are more difficult to buy) input and output, and two 16-pin C ports are connected in parallel for input and output. The CC line of the A port is named CC1, and connected to the C port CC1. The purpose is to mix A to C or C to A to achieve PD fast charging (it may be necessary to flip the C port)
